(NYSE: ATI), founded in 1996 and headquartered in Dallas, Texas, produces and markets high-performance specialty materials and complex components worldwide for the aerospace and defense markets as well as electronics, medical and specialty energy applications; the company operates through two segments, High Performance Materials & Components (HPMC), which includes Forged Products and Specialty Materials producing titanium and titanium alloys, nickel-based alloys and superalloys, and Advanced Alloys & Solutions (AA&S), which includes Specialty Alloys & Components, Specialty Rolled Products and Engineered Stainless Sheet Products offering flat-rolled and long products, net-shapes, precision rolled strip and additive manufacturing solutions. ATI maintains manufacturing facilities across the United States, Europe and Asia, serving major customers including Boeing and Airbus with materials that enable jet engines to operate at extreme temperatures, airframes to withstand high stress and medical devices to perform reliably. In recent developments, ATI extended and expanded its long-term titanium supply agreement with Boeing, signed a multi-year titanium plate, sheet and billet supply deal with Airbus, brought online a new titanium alloy sheet facility in Pageland, South Carolina and an advanced additive manufacturing facility in Margate, Florida, completed the sale of its precision rolled strip operations to Ulbrich Stainless Steels & Special Metals, reclassified to the Aerospace & Defense GICS sector effective May 2025, appointed Kimberly A. Fields as President, CEO and future Board Chair effective July 2024 and May 2026 respectively, added aerospace executives Elizabeth Lund and Jean Lydon-Rodgers to its Board in November 2025, ratified a new six-year labor agreement with the United Steelworkers and announced a $700 million share repurchase program.
