COP123.61
When I was in the 4th grade they were doing the go round and say what you wanna be when you grow up. I said air force pilot due to brainwashing (ended up in IT) and most answers were like cop or Dr or firefighter. One kid answered truck driver cause his daddy was one and the entire class including the teacher made fun of him for wanting to be poor when he grew up...
Range: negative tens of thousands of dollars up to making hundreds of thousands…
Does this realistic range help?
Or is it even more if a cop-out?
COP, CTRA, CVE, DVN, HESM, IMO, OXY, MRO, MPC, VLO, VNOM, TRGP, XLE is my 2023 Tendie recipe
Which is typically...? That feels like a bit of a cop-out. Not even a realistic range?
Wtf you talking about? Go join Black Lives Matter. They’ve been awfully quite. Or do black lives only matter when a white cop is the offender?
That’s damn fine cop work
why are you responding to every comment like some weirdo air bnb cop. and stop saying "we" like you represent some hivemind
Absolutely a cop out, and it won’t work when the lawyers come knocking. If they do it with a larger enough companies assets, they’ll just take his kit lmao
I meant Cop. I see you Al Capone, I see you. What we pumping and dumping?
Last time i was in SF my car got broken into in front of a cop and they didnt give a fuck at all
its fun to hear about these cops who go to hospital for touching fentanyl like kids who act high because they smoked pencil shavings but in this case the cop just felt overwhelmed by how bad he is at his job
Couldn't the police have gotten a "second copy" of his insurance info to provide to you in this case? Because "what's the harm - you already had it"? If I was a cop, I'd have done that for you.

No:1 public university prison?😂😂😂😂
Is it a retired police cruiser? That could be a fun car. You could pretend you are a cop from 1998. Seriously, u/corn_sugar_isotope said it. The rate is all about you and your location not the car. Just skip the collision coverage if you don't need it. Get the proper liability coverage to protect your assets and your credit if you damage something or hurt someone by accident.
That sounds like a cop out to me, and likely not a valid defense if you get caught doing it. As an artist, it also just really annoys me that someone could make money from my work without permission.
Strongly encourage you to chat this up with an attorney and discuss the risks of moving forward with the path that you want to take.
Best of luck!
Exactly. Dude took the wrong approach running and talking back… but that does not excuse the cops beating him that way. Just do what the cop says, be respectful even if they’re not, you have nothing to gain and your life to lose…
And?
I understood why he bought it what more, less angrier me by it was the fact the justification he felt he had to say about it.
Dude, just buy the fucking jet and forget what people say about you!
He even ignored me with the whole DUI shit he had with the courts.
I'm a 100% a white male but that shit right there pissed me off when he was disrespecting that cop with his incorporation and screamed white privilege in a nutshell.
My neighbor is a cop in suburban chicago. Made $180k last year with OT.
It's trespassing and not breaking and entering, for one. I don't even think it's burglary if you take a car if the keys are hanging by the door, just "unlawful possession."
Yes, legally you do need to use your locks. I had stuff stolen out of my car but was told (by a cop) that I should lock it if I don't want people to do that. Then I asked what his solution was for them cutting into my roof to get in if I locked it. Insurance.

Problem with cops is they get shit pay for a super stressful, high responsibility job.
Imagine being a cop paid solid 6 figures (San Francisco doesn’t count). It would attract educated, well spoken people. But continue to pay them $60,000 a year before taxes and it’ll attract dudes who barely graduated with a GED
I'm 100% sure they will find a way to blame that cop brutality to the white people.
At least they finally realize it's a cop problem and not a race thing. Every cop I know is overly aggressive and pretty stupid.

Got noderately drunk one night and locked my keys in the car after I got home called the cops and they came and unlocked it for me for free at 2:30 am cop that opened the door was a total g
that's always been the case. literally a line NWA had in Fuck tha Police:
"But don't let it be a black and a white one cuz they'll slam ya down to the street top black police showing out for the white cop"
doesn't matter what race a cop is. cops are cops
I had to watch several videos before I found the one of the cop hitting him 5x with a baton. That cop is going away. The others not so much
bruh they werent kidding about that memphis cop video
shits like watching a mexican drug cartel beat a man to death
Just as people with an axe will read something in a way that supports their views? And that is all quite a long way of saying that you read the post, turned it on it's head and made it say what you wanted / expected it to. That is many things, critical thinking isn't one of them.
I fully accept the post tells one side of the story, that's how it works. We can questions, we can doubt. But what you're doing is stating facts. Again not critical thinking. I'm arguing the facts that were presented, you're reading something then interpreting in the way that best supports your world view.
You've made the comment about customers paying staff wages a few times - that's how businesses work. It's just that simple, customers pay, some of that money goes on wages. Perhaps they stayed 15 years because if limited options, perhaps they stayed because they liked their jobs, we've no way of knowing. But threatening to quit doesn't sound like the actions of people who are desperate for a job. Or to take your view - confronting an owner over wages and running the risk of being fired.
You've no way of knowing what the 2 people involved were paid, that's just you inventing facts to suit you. But if the complaint is about someone earning LESS than them then at the least it's above minimum wage.
And then we get to the assumptions you make about me. Again with no evidence beyond that I disagreed with you and therefore must be part of a different class. Right away you assume you know who I am just as you assume you know the full story here. If you knew the least about me you'd know I have faith in no one.
So far as who can "legitimately" comment on an issue - have you ever expressed a view on the economy? On crime? On defense? And are you also an economist, cop or soldier? The "legitimate" argument won't hold up.
It's possible to be in the minority and be right. Being in the minority doesn't necessarily make you right. There's a difference. Though it's perfectly possible the downvotes are because you took a simple question and used it to launch a political tirade.
Bro you’re an idiot. Part of becoming a better investor is acknowledging your mistakes. Saying you thought you were right and smart is a cop out.
Where is gary top cop gensler that fuckn unless peice of Dung. We should be cutting funding to the Sec not the IRS.
Haven’t gotten a booster, I also find it comical you just used such a cop out response.
If you get your news from project Veritas you probably cream your pants over motley fool picks since source quality doesn’t mean shit to you lmfao.
Has anyone seen the Pelosi video. Just confirmed he was with his gay lover while Nancy was out of town. Look at how he casually opens the door for the cop and has a drink in his hand before getting attacked.
my point is that there is no logical sense not to talk about stocks that are moving double digits with above average volume. the you belong here is a cop out and a way to get out of a losing argument. I bet you that I am more experienced than you. YOU have made no argument that answers the question that this is personal rather than a logical reason to avoid something worth discussing. when a stock has heavy volume, high volatility and great interest, there is no LOGICAL reason to not talk about it unless it is personal.
I think they tend to overlook men's contribution. Women complain about housework, but men complain about having to perform in ways women don't in order to be seen as a viable partner. Go look at that article about men not earning enough. They are saying women want money and men are just too poor to make women want them.
But back to men's contribution. For example, how often don't men have to clean and maintain cars, install and maintain anything tech related, maintain the home by repairing it, do yard work, plumbing or anything electrical? Whenever women complain about housework they aren't thinking about the time he cleaned out the gutters or who has to investigate the noise downstairs.
Additionally, men work longer hours than women on average:
https://www.forbes.com/sites/karinagness/2016/06/30/new-report-men-work-longer-hours-than-women/?sh=5694ce7218b4
>I think many hetero women want a man that is a partner vs. a provider.
The article I linked suggests otherwise. They want a provider. Women want the option to be stay at home parents as many of them leave the workforce to raise kids. Men must earn enough to allow them the freedom to stop working. If women wanted partners and not providers, his earnings wouldn't come into the equation. Unemployed men are not getting married nearly as much as wealthier men.
>think women sometimes use professional success as a metric for how lazy or ambitious a man might be in life in an overall sense.
Which is a terrible excuse. Really. If you want to know if he is lazy, you have to date him, not his job. If he was lazy when you were dating him, he isn't going to change after the wedding.
A lot of women take a passive role in their relationships then complain when they marry a lazy guy (he won't do what he did to woo her). He must approach, he must organize the date, he must push the relationship forward, he must propose. How can she expect equality when she will likely earn less than him, expect him to earn more, expect him to initiate romance and continue to perform at work so he can offer her lifestyle she desires? How was this guy lazy if he had to pursue her for the relationship to even happen?
Additionally, men work more physically demanding and dangerous jobs. He comes home from a construction site, desperately wants to kick up his feet, only to get shat on for some dirty dishes. I am not saying lazy men don't exist, but we have painted all men with the same brush here. If you go by your "work proves he isn't lazy" argument then women who earn less than men are far, far lazier than their ideal partners who must earn 60% above the national average to be seen as good enough. These women are definitely not working extra hours or earning 60% above the national average to even be equal to these guys.
https://www.irwinirwin.com/why-do-women-initiate-divorce-more-than-men/#:~:text=A%202015%20study%20by%20the,higher%20rate%20of%2090%20percent.
Also, keep in mind that college educated women are far more likely to initiate divorce than less educated women.
When couples cohabitate, the breakup rate is 50/50 among men and women.
https://www.google.com.hk/url?sa=t&source=web&rct=j&url=https://web.stanford.edu/~mrosenfe/Rosenfeld_gender_of_breakup.pdf&ved=2ahUKEwjFq8773eb8AhVQPEQIHX9kBhMQFnoECBAQAQ&usg=AOvVaw0oHaauk5gadz218FwskWMh
Something about marriage makes women want to divorce more. Even lesbian relationships aren't spared. They have the highest rates of break ups and divorces, and highest instances of intimate partner violence. Homosexual men have the lowest instances of either.
All this is to say that the situation isn't as simple as "men are not doing enough" when they are expected to earn more, initiate romance, preferably be taller, be the ones to face danger, do the dirty work women don't want to do...and then cop the blame for not mopping floors and changing diapers enough.
It is popular and easy to blame them because their complaints are almost never taken seriously, because blaming women isn't popular. Any time a man complains about women he is labeled an incel and told that he must change to meet women's standards. How would women respond to being told they aren't good enough for men and need to change? Compare that to the current cultural climate where women gain support for shitting on men and are hardly ever told to change for men's benefit. It is no wonder they are checking out of society.
I really wish more people would look deeper than the surface level complaints of "men ain't shit".
I was hoping that would get a rise out of you lol that was a cop out… and a horrible one, admittedly haha
i can take off my shirt and show them im not a cop
I’m a long time lurker first time commenter. A couple things:
If you’re anything like my cop and military friends, you need to control that spending. First: You’re probably paying way too much on alcohol to begin with (judging from experience most people in those fields). Cutting down on alcohol will substantially improve those numbers.
Learn to cook and meal prep more regularly, once you can get you and your wife to accept that as a part of your lifestyle things will dramatically improve financially. Tied to this, a lot of cops are very unhealthy and this could be negatively impacting your quality of life now and into the future.
The other big question is who drives the nonessential spending in your household? This is a harder question to answer than it seems because people look at income and spending more irrationally than most people give it credit for, and it sometimes becomes very difficult to let go of the need for new things.
Just to push back on the 10 years is a long time. It’s not when you think of being able have a pension at 44, as long as you stay healthy. However, it’s a question of trade offs, will you make more money or have a better quality of life? I personally think being a pilot sounds worse but that’s my opinion. When I left I knew for fact that it was holding me back from my ambitions, and promotions weren’t going to be meritocratic or even worthwhile - I don’t need a pension anymore.
The last hard question you need to ask, and don’t say anything on here for public consumption, is whether you’re enthralled with being law enforcement or your wife is with you being a cop. Identity is hugely important about how you perceive yourself and how others do. Total change of careers do have psychological strains on wives, girlfriends, and families.
I’m about your age.
If the market is looking to pump might cop some intel calls for earnings today.
Ever walk up to a cop and say 'Nice glock, bro'
Just enough to make the cop wince
The general public goes to jail and the sec boasts about the good work they did catching these crooks cheating investers. While our top politicians do it day in and day out and not a peep by the media or gary cop on the best gensler of the sec....usa laws are a fuccking joke!!!
She's getting in the way of the Activision deal so I hate her. Also, I don't know if this was someone at Amazon being vindictive or if it's just a coincidence but she kinda looks like the cop bad guy from the boys. Like I'm not imagining that right?
You missed the cop that’s been in the news recently for banging all her coworkers
Yes,they do. I’m sitting here doing it. And so is everyone else in this park. It’s not empty. It’s so easy to do,I’m a living cliche. Retired firefighter living in a trailer park. Are you saying there are no firefighters anymore? They suddenly disappeared? That I was the last one? And now,no one else can do it? You have to pass a drug test. Then a written test. Then an obstacle course. Then an interview board. You are just not willing to do all that. Nurse, truck driver, cop, firemen, medic, teachers, all the skilled trades. Plumbers, carpenters , electricians, pipe fitters. Mechanics. They are all doing it,right now. The only person not doing it,is you. You have the exact same opportunity that I had. Did you take any firefighter tests last year? You can do exactly what I did. Tomorrow. But you won’t. There are millions of people out there who have family’s ,and homes and boats and go hunting in the winter. They are all doing the things you guys here ,say is impossible.
These layoffs are great!
-me, a non-tech worker in western wa that’s trying to cop property soon.
Totally. A bid is definitely a contract, so that’s a good start. The crux of the issue is going to be timing. In arbitration this might come down to you saying they won’t finish it, and them saying they haven’t had a chance to finish it.
Without a clear project timeline a fair arbitration result might be setting a reasonable schedule for the contractor to finish the various project items or they can refund you. That way they don’t have to incur a loss for materials they’ve purchased (as an example) and you get your project finished, or they cop to not finishing and the judgement is to pay you back.
Unfortunately a judgement is only that- a judgement. The next step is getting the money out of them through various proceedings and further judgements. Small claims and arbitration is a long haul, so hopefully they just finish the project.
Saw $MSFT create a new low and knew there would be bear splooge all up in this muthafucka. Looks like a Tennessee cops 🅱️ussy after that cop train
Satya Good Cop
Amy Bad Cop
cop
RoboCop reference?
I know this is a "cop out" answer, but I would recommend talking with a CPA (they are worth their weight in gold).
The last thing you want is to be screwed with the taxes.
From there, you can get a better understanding of which accounts you can start to slowly transition with vs which accounts you can just rip the band aid off with.
You’re a cop
You’re doing a good job. You should be a cop, you’ll really love yourself even more lol👏
Once he’s a cop he becomes white.
Black cop was momentarily possessed by the white devil
black cop killing a black man... still a race thing?
I see this "new technologies and innovations will make everything okay soon" sentiment floating around this board and the news. This "we'll innovate our problems away" mindset is such a cop-out and very reminiscent of the Jetsons mindset of the 60's and 70's. The year 2020 came and went and we have no flying cars or nuclear powered robotic maids - only a pandemic, European war, and a fucked political system.
Agreed. It's adult babysitting far too often too. I'm just happy I'm not a cop adult babysitting the entire public. Fuck that.
Nah that is a cop out. The feature to differentiate either already exists or can be added tomorrow if there was demand. They want it how it is.

Sorry, my fault. I wasn't clear.
I was not talking from a legal stand point. I don't think there are any legal "white only" states. However, there are certainly "we will make life a living hell for people we don't like" areas and you can imagine what sort of people they don't like.
All it takes is just one bad interaction with a cop to ruin a life. A few bad interactions with local government, school, or the community to make life a total disaster. Why would we subject ourselves (and importantly, our kids) to such a disadvantage or terror to save a few bucks?
Yeah, my kids don't need to see Confederate flags being flown by "pillars of the community"
Don’t sell drugs to a undercover cop!
Just heard my lady cop neighbor moaning extra loud "Ohhh Donuts"
I went outside and seen 6 male cops leaving her residence
They seem to have recently went on a chase because they were panting and sweating before they even made it to the car
I know they're fat lards because before they even made it back to their squad car their doordash handed them crispy kreme in the driveway
So confused, do I call the cops or the mafia?
IF you want to go from red to green, You need to go into Energy - ET, FANG, COP, CLNE and obviously AMZN, MSFT, GOOG
Have we really become the kind of country where you can't shoot a cop in the stomach without getting killed?
Sure I’ll deliver to you. What’s your name and address ? Make sure to have cash in hand for the exchange. I am not a cop. Probably.
Jokes on the cop. Those eggs weren't hard boiled.
Woman cop has sex with like a dozen (not a joke) of her coworkers.
Can u link me to this train railed cop thing, people keep referencing it but I have no idea what it's about
Some ho cop got trained, that's as much as I know
So we agree that the husband of the train railed meme female ex cop with a forehead that works as a klieg spotlight ie bat signal is a total beta soy simp right? He isn't even a cuckold because he never agreed to an 'open marriage' that the dumb bitch keeps telling everyone.
Speaking of cuckold I'm guessing kingcucktren is punching the air for not loving in Tennessee
That's about as solid as a bunch of businesses I can imagine lol. Right out of Central casting. Next you're going to tell me you're a retired cop/firefight and your wife is a nurse.
just got pulled over for the 2nd time this week
4th time this month, same cop… pretty sure he thinks im cute
“whatcha doim tonight”… “just got off work”
“ahh bummer man i just clocked in, have a nice night!”
Cops kill white folks all the the time. We care. It's the culture of cops which is sickening. Philando Castile was shot by a native American cop in my home city. He said hey I have a legal fire arm in the car. And that was a death sentence.Guns rights people still silent.
Going to be VERY interesting to see how the media handles this Memphis Police apparently beating someone to death.
Every cop being charged is black
I'll be your cop
Nope no cops here fellow not a cop
Is anyone here a cop?
Cops in my large midwest city cap out at the end of their career at like $130k, but most are sub $50k. A guy I know, who has been a cop since 2018ish, makes ~$42k per year, which does not seem like too much. Maybe I'm out of touch, since my wife and I are both engineers, making ~5x more than that between the two of us
All you need is a high-school diploma and 6 months of training and they'll usually start you at around 45k a year with union negotiated benefits if You're a Metro-North train cop in and around NYC.
Not a great salary, but its guaranteed to be over 100k after 7(?) years of experience all while keeping the benefits like pension, vacation, healthcare, etc.
and again you only need a high school diploma or GED and can be as racist as you want.
Yeah that's definitely a sweetheart deal not even remotely approaching "underpaid"
> Wages are growing fast, but now they’re starting to grow less fast than they did before
cop: "did you know you were doing 80 in a 45?"
driver: "in my defense, i was doing 100 before i saw you."
The term “cop-out” was never even used.
Calling it a cop-out is not the same as saying zero.
Wtf is this? “Ai, please draw a space ball helmet cop seizing xenomorph eggs?”
Dude stop talking to us and get an attorney right now. You can’t have an s corp with dual class shareholders/owners - that would be like having a cop whose also allowed to be a jewel thief on the side it’s mutually exclusive.
You are being shafted here - get an attorney and don’t sign anything.
Does she happen to be a cop?
What's that sub reddit of the lady cop that got gangbanged?
So a cop can drive around a high school with the windows down, but when I do it its a crime
Of course I have insurance why wouldn't I. I think you missed the point. Im not trying to be an a** my girlfriend was using the car its not that much damage so why take the hit. Im not sketchy as well in the first place we were the ones who called to get a cop out because she never came around if it was a sketchy person then they would have just drove away.
Lol at that nasty TN cop fucking the whole department
I Knew better than to hold those AMZN puts, I did however, cop a few more just now.
Do u think the cop whose wife slept with her fellow officers is a cuck?
Why do people think Tesla has working autopilot lol. They ram into cop cars quite frequently
It’s 2023 and you are worried about a video from 2016 that was fake. Teslas have been ramming into cop cars for years and you are worried about a video from 2016 lol
“What do they have to gain by lying about who owns the debt”
Common gaslighting tactic. By saying this, they’re insinuating that it is out of their hands, and swerving further negotiating the price down. You have to confront them on it. Look up the regulatory bodies that oversee debt collection practices, and threaten to report them. I don’t know what state you’re in, but there may be some laws against charging interest on debt.
Unfortunately you have to put your foot down with these people. When one was harassing my girlfriend (who is very sweet and conflict avoidant) I had to get on the line and confront them about manipulating her and threaten to report them & hang up. 5 minutes later the “good cop” called to negotiate. Dude # 1’s job is to pressure you and dissuade you from reducing their revenue at all cost. Dude # 2’s job is to make sure they at least break even on buying the debt.
Calls on cop lady's OF
What do you call a cop orgy
