The organization operates through four primary divisions: Health and Wellness, Household, Lifestyle, and International. Within its Health and Wellness division, the company offers a range of cleaning and disinfecting solutions, including laundry boosters and home care items under well-known names like Clorox, Clorox2, Scentiva, Pine-Sol, Liquid-Plumr, Tilex, and Formula 409 in the United States. This segment also encompasses professional cleaning and disinfection supplies through its CloroxPro and Clorox Healthcare brands, alongside foodservice products from Hidden Valley. The Household segment concentrates on products such as cat litter, featuring brands like Fresh Step and Scoop Away, along with bags and wraps marketed under the Glad name. Grilling essentials, primarily from the Kingsford brand, are also key offerings within this domestic segment. For the Lifestyle category, the company provides dressings, dips, seasonings, and sauces, mainly under the Hidden Valley label. It also manufactures natural personal care items from Burt's Bees and water-filtration systems through the Brita brand within the United States. Internationally, the company delivers an array of goods including laundry enhancements, home care solutions, water-filtration systems, grilling items, pet litter, food products, bags and wraps, natural personal care items, and professional cleaning and disinfecting products. Key international brands include Clorox, Ayudin, Clorinda, Poett, Pine-Sol, Glad, Brita, Ever Clean, and Burt's Bees. The company recently undertook strategic divestitures, including its business operations in Argentina, to streamline its portfolio. The Clorox Company reaches its customers through a diverse network that includes mass market retailers, grocery stores, warehouse clubs, discount outlets, home hardware centers, drugstores, pet stores, military stores, its proprietary and third-party e-commerce platforms, and a direct sales team. Established in 1913, the company maintains its corporate headquarters in Oakland, California. Consistent innovation and a commitment to sustainability, guided by its IGNITE strategy, remain central to its operations, including significant investment in digital transformation and ERP system upgrades to enhance efficiency.
