Business
Tenaris S.A. manufactures and supplies seamless and welded steel pipes and related services primarily for the oil and gas industry, as well as for power generation, hydrocarbon processing, mechanical, automotive, and low-carbon energy applications; its core products include oil country tubular goods (OCTG), premium connections such as TenarisHydril Blue and TXP BTC, Rig Direct mill-to-well services, offshore and onshore line pipe, coiled tubing, sucker rods, artificial lift systems, and proprietary grades like Chrome13 S with coatings such as TenCoat Liner HDPE. Subsidiaries include Steel Recycling Services, which in November 2025 acquired the Beaver Falls scrap processing yard in Pennsylvania from SA Recycling to integrate scrap processing with its U.S. steel production; Tenaris renewed its multi-year commercial agreement with Ecopetrol in Colombia in April 2025, expanding services for drilling and completion; it launched a new integrated solution for surface casing construction at the Argentina Oil & Gas Expo in September 2025; initiated a $1.2 billion share buyback program in June 2025; and opened a new Rig Direct service yard in British Columbia's Montney shale region while starting a 95-megawatt wind farm in Argentina.
