The company offers a comprehensive array of wafer fabrication technologies, encompassing processes for creating complementary metal-oxide-semiconductor (CMOS) logic, mixed-signal, radio frequency, embedded memory, bipolar CMOS mixed-signal, and other specialized applications, including advanced nodes such as 3nm and 2nm. Additionally, it delivers customer and engineering support, manufactures masks, provides advanced packaging solutions like CoWoS and InFO, and invests in emerging technology ventures. Its fabricated products are essential for high-performance computing, smartphones, artificial intelligence, automotive applications, Internet of Things devices, and various digital consumer electronics. Established in 1987, the company maintains its principal offices in Hsinchu City, Taiwan.
