Additional recent developments include the April 2025 recommencement of AZZ's $100 million share repurchase program under a 10b5-1 plan, with $53.2 million remaining after prior purchases, and the acquisition of a new galvanizing facility in Canton, Ohio, operated as AZZ Galvanizing – Canton East LLC to expand Midwest capacity, bringing its North American galvanizing network to 42 sites.
