Recent developments include the June 2024 completion of the $290 million acquisition of Precision Optical Technologies, Inc., enhancing its Enterprise Solutions portfolio with optical transceivers, firmware and fiber components to support network upgrades, 5G and data center expansions; in September 2025, Belden opened a second $40 million manufacturing plant in Pune, India, adding 19,000 square meters of capacity for networking and data solutions to bolster Asia-Pacific production; the company reported full-year 2024 revenues of $2.46 billion, generated $223 million in free cash flow and authorized a $300 million share repurchase program in September 2024, alongside maintaining a quarterly dividend of $0.05 per share.
