Founded in 1966 and headquartered in Addison, Texas, the company maintains a multinational presence with 25 principal operating facilities across 11 U.S. states and eight countries, serving customers in more than 40 countries with over 1,100 employees worldwide. Recent strategic developments include the acquisition of WK Group in early October 2024 to expand global leadership in industrial air and waste stream treatment; the acquisition of EnviroCare in July 2024 and completion of Profire Energy acquisition in early 2025 to bolster combustion and energy solutions; the divestiture of its Fluid Handling business (Global Pump Solutions) to May River Capital effective March 31, 2025; and an acquisition of DS21 Co., Ltd. in South Korea to enhance water and wastewater treatment capabilities and establish an Asian operational base, supporting projected 2025 adjusted EBITDA of $90 million to $100 million driven by organic growth and these transactions.
