The company operates in the apparel retail industry within the consumer discretionary sector, targeting working professionals, outdoor enthusiasts and lifestyle consumers with durable, functional gear featuring innovative features such as the Crouch Gusset and Longtail T. Founded in 1989 and headquartered in Mount Horeb, Wisconsin, Duluth Holdings maintains approximately 60 stores concentrated in the Midwest and other U.S. regions, with ongoing retail expansion including the opening of its sixth Minnesota location in Maple Grove in September 2025 to strengthen its Midwest footprint. In April 2025, the company secured a new $100 million asset-based revolving credit facility led by BMO Bank N.A., maturing in 2030 with an option to expand by $25 million, to refinance prior debt, support working capital, capital expenditures, permitted acquisitions and distributions while terminating its previous 2021 agreement as amended through January 2025; it also projects fiscal 2025 net sales of $570 million to $595 million and plans two new store openings in the latter half of the year amid a strategic emphasis on inventory management and operational execution.
