The company serves industries such as construction, automotive, electronics, agriculture, and food packaging through integrated global supply chains emphasizing innovation and sustainability. Recent developments include the 2024 launch of Diamond Infrastructure Solutions through a partnership with Macquarie Asset Management, selling a 40% stake in U.S. Gulf Coast infrastructure assets for initial proceeds of $2.4 billion, with an option to expand to 49% for up to $3 billion total, closing in early 2025; Macquarie exercised the option to increase its stake in September 2025. Dow expanded its restructuring plan in 2025 to save $6 billion, postponing a $6.5 billion net-zero emissions project in Fort Saskatchewan, Alberta, and reviewing high-cost European assets valued at $275 million. In June 2025, Dow agreed to sell its 50% stake in the DowAksa joint venture for advanced composites; it also secured $927 million in funding in 2024 for sustainable innovation and reported $45 billion in 2023 sales.
