EVI Industries supports customers through an extensive network of technicians delivering installation, maintenance, and repair services to optimize laundry operations across replacement and new construction markets. The company targets commercial, industrial, institutional, and government operators in sectors including healthcare, hospitality, cruise lines, foodservice, correctional facilities, multi-housing, uniform rental, and vended laundry, laundering linens, uniforms, blankets, and textiles. EVI Industries maintains the industry's largest product portfolio and technician network, operating distribution and service centers throughout the United States and Canada. Founded in 1957 and headquartered in Miami, Florida, the company pursues a buy-and-build strategy, completing 31 acquisitions since 2016 to drive revenue growth at a 30% CAGR, net income at 18% CAGR, and adjusted EBITDA at 27% CAGR through June 30, 2025. In fiscal 2025, EVI Industries achieved record results with revenue of $390 million, up 10% year-over-year, gross profit of $118 million at 30.4% margin, and four acquisitions including its largest, Girbau North America (rebranded Continental Laundry Solutions) for $43 million on April 1, 2025, adding approximately $50 million in annual revenue and a distributor support platform serving over 80 independent clients.
