Business
Graco Inc. designs, manufactures and markets systems and equipment used to move, measure, mix, control, dispense and spray fluid and powder materials for industrial, contractor and process applications worldwide. The company, founded in 1926 and headquartered in Minneapolis, Minnesota, operates through segments including Industrial, Contractor, Process, Expansion Markets and Powder, serving end-markets such as coatings, adhesives, lubrication, spray finishing, automotive, aerospace, construction, manufacturing, maintenance, oil and gas, chemical processing, water treatment, electronics, government transportation and residential remodeling across the Americas, Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia Pacific. Core products and services encompass spray finishing and paint circulation systems; fluid transfer pumps for corrosive and abrasive materials; sealants and adhesives dispensing equipment; pavement marking and texture sprayers; lubrication systems; sanitary processing solutions; powder coating dosing systems; precision tinting and dispensing equipment; QUANTM electric double diaphragm pumps; high-pressure valves; and electric motors, with ongoing investments in fluid management controls and aftermarket services including spare parts, repairs and maintenance. In recent developments, Graco completed the acquisition of Corob S.p.A. in late 2024 for €230 million to expand precision tinting and dispensing capabilities and global manufacturing footprint in Italy, India and Canada; acquired Red Devil Equipment Company (Radia) in November 2025 for $69 million to add advanced paint mixing, shaking and material handling equipment to its Contractor segment; acquired Color Service S.r.l. in 2025 for €63 million to enhance automated powder and liquid dosing for powder coating applications; and restructured into a customer-centric global model with four divisions—Industrial, Expansion Markets, Contractor and Powder—in 2024 to drive inorganic growth in adjacent markets like environmental, semiconductor and high-pressure valves. These strategic moves complement Graco's focus on new product innovation, market expansion and acquisitions to sustain profitable growth.
