The company operates primarily in high-growth infill and infill-adjacent submarkets across Dallas-Fort Worth, Austin, Houston, Atlanta and Florida's Treasure Coast, targeting move-up, luxury and lifestyle-conscious buyers with energy-efficient designs, customizable options and integrated amenities; it also provides ancillary services including mortgage financing through Green Brick Mortgage, title services via Green Brick Title and insurance products encompassing homeowners, auto, flood and additional coverage options through Green Brick Insurance. Founded in 2006 and headquartered in Plano, Texas, Green Brick reports results through three segments: builder operations central (Texas-focused), builder operations southeast (Georgia and Florida) and land development, which supplies finished lots and construction financing to its controlled builders and third parties. Recent developments include the 2023 launch of Trophy Signature Homes' first Austin community, its 2024 expansion announcement into Houston with an initial community planned for late summer 2025, the 2024 founding of Green Brick Mortgage as a wholly owned full-service lender and a March 2025 acquisition of land for a new community, alongside sustained record new orders such as 898 in the third quarter of 2024 with low cancellation rates.
