Founded in 1901 with roots in Harvard Apparatus and headquartered in Holliston, Massachusetts, the company operates through 12 subsidiaries with manufacturing facilities in the United States, Germany, and Spain, serving academic institutions, pharmaceutical firms, biotechnology companies, and contract research organizations primarily in the United States, Europe, and internationally.
