HEICO Corporation (NYSE: HEI, HEI.A) designs, manufactures, repairs, overhauls, and distributes aerospace, industrial, defense, and electronics products and services through its two main segments, the Flight Support Group (FSG) and the Electronic Technologies Group (ETG); FSG provides FAA-approved replacement parts for jet engines and aircraft components including hydraulics, pneumatics, electromechanicals, avionics, power generation, wheels, brakes, structures, advanced composites such as nacelles, thrust reversers, and flight controls, along with proprietary Designated Engineering Representative (DER) repairs, maintenance services, and distribution of OEM and non-proprietary parts; ETG develops electro-optical, microwave, and electronic systems such as hybrid DC-to-DC converters, latching ferrite switches, high-voltage cable assemblies, infrared cameras, laser rangefinder receivers, memory modules, digital recorders, power supplies, amplifiers, and harsh-environment connectors for aircraft, spacecraft, missiles, medical devices, and defense applications. The company serves commercial airlines, cargo carriers, regional and business jet operators, OEMs, MRO providers, and U.S. military customers worldwide, with operations across the Americas, Europe, Middle East, Asia, and Australia. Founded in 1957 as Heinicke Instruments Company and renamed HEICO in 1986, the company maintains headquarters in Hollywood, Florida. Recent developments include the July 2025 acquisition of Gables Engineering to bolster ETG avionics capabilities, the April 2025 purchase of Rosen Aviation for in-flight entertainment and cabin management systems expansion following the Mid-Continent Controls acquisition, the February 2025 acquisition of Millennium International to enhance FSG business jet repair services, and the prior-year completion of the Wencor Group deal marking one of its largest transactions.
