Founded in 1957 as Heinicke Instruments Company and renamed HEICO in 1986, the company maintains headquarters in Hollywood, Florida. Recent developments include the July 2025 acquisition of Gables Engineering to bolster ETG avionics capabilities, the April 2025 purchase of Rosen Aviation for in-flight entertainment and cabin management systems expansion following the Mid-Continent Controls acquisition, the February 2025 acquisition of Millennium International to enhance FSG business jet repair services, and the prior-year completion of the Wencor Group deal marking one of its largest transactions.
