In recent developments, Innoviz expanded its partnership with Volkswagen's Autonomous Mobility division in May 2025 to integrate InnovizTwo LiDAR into ID. Buzz AD Level 4 autonomous shuttles for deployment in Europe and the U.S. starting in 2026; was selected in December 2025 by Daimler Truck and Torc Robotics as the LiDAR partner for series production of Level 4 autonomous Class 8 commercial trucks, supplying InnovizTwo Short-Range sensors; entered an $80 million non-recurring engineering payments plan with key customers; completed a $40 million registered direct offering; and implemented operational optimizations projected to yield $12 million in annualized savings. The company reported third quarter 2025 revenues of $15.3 million, reaffirming full-year 2025 guidance of $50-60 million, while advancing multiple Level 3 and Level 4 automotive programs and non-automotive traction.
