Business
Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. stands as a prominent beverage leader across North America and extends its reach into international markets. The company manages an extensive collection of over 125 owned, licensed, and partner brands, providing a wide array of hot and cold refreshment options. Its coffee segment is centered around the innovative Keurig brewing apparatus, encompassing the production and distribution of single-serve pods, including a variety of coffee, tea, and cocoa, alongside traditional roasted and ground coffee selections. These brewers and pods are supplied through third-party retailers, online platforms, and direct-to-consumer channels. In the realm of ready-to-drink and packaged beverages, the company manufactures and distributes a broad range of its proprietary labels and also performs contract manufacturing for various private label and emerging brand offerings, while overseeing the distribution of numerous partner brands. The concentrate business produces and sells beverage bases for a vast portfolio of well-known brands such as Dr Pepper, Canada Dry, A&W, 7UP, Snapple, Mott's, and Bai, transforming these concentrates into syrups for widespread use. Internationally, operations primarily in Latin America, especially Mexico and Canada, focus on manufacturing and distributing carbonated mineral water, flavored soft drinks, bottled water, and vegetable juice products under brands like Peñafiel and Clamato. Recent strategic initiatives include the planned acquisition of JDE Peet's in August 2025, with an intent to subsequently separate into distinct global coffee and refreshment beverage entities. The company also expanded its distribution of GHOST energy drinks, acquiring a stake in October 2024, and strengthened coffee partnerships with La Colombe and Lavazza. Keurig Dr Pepper serves a diverse client base, from large retailers and independent bottlers to restaurant chains, hotel groups, office coffee distributors, and individual consumers. Formed in July 2018 through the merger of Keurig Green Mountain and Dr Pepper Snapple Group, Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. has its primary headquarters in Burlington, Massachusetts, with a second principal office in Frisco, Texas.
