Business
The Kraft Heinz Company, operating through its various subsidiaries, develops, produces, and markets a broad portfolio of food and beverage products across the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and numerous international markets. Their extensive product range includes popular condiments and sauces, diverse cheese and dairy items, convenient meals, various meat products, refreshing beverages, and coffee, alongside other general grocery offerings. These household staples are distributed globally through a combination of the company's own sales teams, independent brokers, agents, and distributors. Products reach a wide array of retail and foodservice clients, including major grocery chains, wholesale accounts, convenience stores, pharmacies, mass merchandisers, club stores, and institutions such as hotels, restaurants, hospitals, and government entities. The company also maintains a significant presence on various e-commerce platforms. Formed by the integration of Kraft Foods Group, Inc. and H.J. Heinz Company in July 2015, the multinational food enterprise is co-headquartered in Chicago, Illinois, and Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Notably, Kraft Heinz announced in September 2025 its intention to separate into two distinct publicly traded entities—Global Taste Elevation Co. and North American Grocery Co.—with the demerger anticipated to be finalized in the second half of 2026.
