Business
Kenvue Inc. Kenvue Inc. (KVUE) operates as the world's largest pure-play consumer health company by revenue, focusing on science-backed everyday care products that serve over 1.2 billion people daily across more than 100 countries including the United States, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia-Pacific, and Latin America. The company manages three core segments: Self Care, offering cough, cold and allergy remedies, pain care, digestive health, smoking cessation, eye care, and related products under brands such as Tylenol, Motrin, Benadryl, Nicorette, Zarbee’s, ORSL, Rhinocort, Calpol, and Zyrtec; Skin Health and Beauty, providing face and body care, hair, sun, and other solutions via Neutrogena, Aveeno, Dr.Ci:Labo, Le Petit Marseillais, Lubriderm, Rogaine, and OGX; and Essential Health, encompassing oral care, baby care, women’s health, wound care, and other items through Listerine, Johnson’s, Band-Aid, Stayfree, o.b., tampons, Carefree, and Desitin Diaper Rash. Incorporated in 2022 as a spin-off from Johnson & Johnson Johnson & Johnson and headquartered in Summit, New Jersey, Kenvue draws on a heritage exceeding 135 years in consumer health innovation. In November 2025, Kimberly-Clark Corporation Kimberly-Clark Corporation agreed to acquire Kenvue in a $48.7 billion cash-and-stock transaction valued at approximately $21.01 per share, representing a 33% premium to recent trading levels and creating a combined consumer health and wellness entity with projected $2.1 billion in annual synergies by 2028, subject to regulatory approvals expected in the second half of 2026. Earlier in 2025, Kenvue opened its new 290,000-square-foot global headquarters in Summit, New Jersey, featuring a 100,000-square-foot Science and Innovation Lab to consolidate operations, accelerate R&D, and enhance proximity to talent and consumers; launched the Tylenol Proactive Support supplement line for joint care; initiated the Total Quit campaign advocating tobacco and nicotine regulation; and appointed Kirk Perry as permanent CEO following a strategic review amid leadership transitions.
