In recent developments, Labcorp completed the acquisition of select oncology and clinical testing assets from BioReference Health in September 2025 for up to $225 million to bolster its oncology leadership; acquired assets of Invitae in August 2024 for $239 million to expand genetic testing capabilities; signed agreements to acquire select assets of Empire City Laboratories and Laboratory Alliance of Central New York in 2025 while progressing the Community Health Systems outreach business acquisition across 13 states; launched new Alzheimer's neurology tests, Labcorp Test Finder tool, and consumer tests via Labcorp OnDemand; invested $268.4 million in acquisitions and partnerships during Q3 2025; and expanded its credit facility to $700 million in January 2025.
