New Jersey Resources Corporation (NYSE: NJR), a Fortune 1000 energy services holding company founded in 1981 and headquartered in Wall, New Jersey, provides safe and reliable natural gas distribution, transportation, clean energy solutions, asset management, and home services through its subsidiaries across the United States and Canada; its principal subsidiary, New Jersey Natural Gas, operates and maintains over 7,400 miles of natural gas transportation and distribution infrastructure serving approximately 582,000 customers in New Jersey's Monmouth, Ocean, Morris, Middlesex, Sussex, and Burlington counties; NJR Clean Energy Ventures invests in, owns, and operates solar projects with approximately 479 megawatts of in-service capacity, delivering low-carbon solutions to residential and commercial customers; NJR Energy Services manages a diversified portfolio of natural gas transportation and storage assets while offering physical natural gas services and customized energy management solutions to North American customers; Storage & Transportation owns the Leaf River Energy Center, the Adelphia Gateway Pipeline, and holds a 50% equity interest in the Steckman Ridge natural gas storage facility, serving local distributors, producers, electric generators, and wholesale marketers; and NJR Home Services offers service contracts, installations, and repairs for heating, central air conditioning, water heaters, standby generators, solar products, and other indoor/outdoor comfort solutions to New Jersey residential customers, supported by energy efficiency programs such as Conserve to Preserve, SAVEGREEN, and The Sunlight Advantage. In fiscal 2025, the company achieved record investments of $98 million in its SAVEGREEN energy efficiency program at New Jersey Natural Gas, placed a record 93 megawatts of new solar capacity into service at Clean Energy Ventures to expand its portfolio, received Federal Energy Regulatory Commission approval on November 4, 2025, for Adelphia Gateway's rate case settlement, and submitted an October 31, 2025, application to increase Leaf River's certificated natural gas storage capacity by 17.6 billion cubic feet with plans to reach 55 BCF through phased expansions backed by long-term contracts; NJR also announced plans for $4.8 billion to $5.2 billion in capital expenditures through 2030, including a $157 million annual base rate increase for New Jersey Natural Gas effective November 21, 2024, and a new $385.6 million SAVEGREEN program starting January 1, 2025, while maintaining a 7-9% long-term net financial earnings per share growth target.
