In fiscal 2025, the company achieved record investments of $98 million in its SAVEGREEN energy efficiency program at New Jersey Natural Gas, placed a record 93 megawatts of new solar capacity into service at Clean Energy Ventures to expand its portfolio, received Federal Energy Regulatory Commission approval on November 4, 2025, for Adelphia Gateway's rate case settlement, and submitted an October 31, 2025, application to increase Leaf River's certificated natural gas storage capacity by 17.6 billion cubic feet with plans to reach 55 BCF through phased expansions backed by long-term contracts; NJR also announced plans for $4.8 billion to $5.2 billion in capital expenditures through 2030, including a $157 million annual base rate increase for New Jersey Natural Gas effective November 21, 2024, and a new $385.6 million SAVEGREEN program starting January 1, 2025, while maintaining a 7-9% long-term net financial earnings per share growth target.
