In recent strategic developments, the company has executed a series of divestitures to streamline operations and strengthen its balance sheet, including the sales of Board.org and Aicel Technologies in 2024 reducing senior debt by $65 million, Dragonfly Intelligence and Oxford Analytica to Dow Jones in February 2025 for $40 million, and TimeBase to Thomson Reuters in May 2025 for $6.5 million; secured a $75 million refinancing deal in August 2025 to extend debt maturities to 2029; and reported new customer wins with multinational corporations such as Lenovo and Schneider Electric driven by demand for its Global Policy Dashboard within PolicyNote, alongside expanded public sector renewals and multi-year agreements reflecting accelerated product-led growth.
