Business
Omega Flex, Inc. manufactures and sells flexible metal hoses, fittings, and related accessories for gas, fluid, and medical applications in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. The company offers core products including TracPipe and CounterStrike corrugated stainless steel tubing systems (CSST) for natural gas and propane installations in construction; DoubleTrac hoses for petroleum fuel transfer in automotive, marina, and backup generation; DEF-Trac for diesel exhaust fluid; MediTrac corrugated medical gas piping for hospitals, clinics, laboratories, and pharmaceutical facilities; and AutoFlare fittings, vibration absorbers, containment piping, and assemblies for high-vibration, corrosive, cryogenic, or elevated-temperature industrial uses. Omega Flex serves construction, manufacturing, transportation, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, healthcare, power generation, and semiconductor markets through independent sales representatives, distributors, wholesalers, original equipment manufacturers, and direct channels; it operates primarily in the United States, Canada, and internationally with facilities in Exton, Pennsylvania; Houston, Texas; and Banbury, England. Founded in 1975 and headquartered at 451 Creamery Way in Exton, Pennsylvania, the company--publicly traded on Nasdaq under ticker OFLX since its 2005 spin-off from Mestek, Inc.--focuses on innovative manufacturing of cost-effective, patented solutions with over 100 worldwide patents. In October 2024, Omega Flex formed a new U.S. subsidiary, Flex-Trac, Inc., to which it contributed assets effective January 1, 2025, primarily to focus on expanding the MediTrac medical gas product line amid growing healthcare demand; the company also discontinued its AutoSnap fitting in late 2023 following strong market adoption of the AutoFlare alternative, while maintaining robust dividend payouts including $0.34 per share for Q3 2025.
