In recent developments, O'Reilly opened 105 new stores in the first half of 2025 across 34 U.S. states, Puerto Rico, and Mexico, advancing toward a full-year target of 200 to 210 net new stores, and plans 225 to 235 openings in 2026 with emphasis on organic growth. The company acquired a 560,000-square-foot distribution center in Haslet, Texas, set to commence operations in 2027 to serve 350 stores in the South Central U.S. region, while nearing completion of a facility in Stafford, Virginia. It expanded into Canada via the December 2023 acquisition of Groupe Del Vasto (Vast-Auto), adding distribution centers, warehouses, and stores in Eastern Canada, and continues growth in Mexico following the 2019 purchase of Mayasa Auto Parts and the 2023 rebranding to O'Reilly Autopartes.
