Founded in 1994 and headquartered in Houston, Texas, the company operates through its Marine segment, which provides construction, restoration, dredging, maintenance, and repair services for marine transportation facilities, pipelines, bridges and causeways, and environmental structures, including waterway and port dredging, environmental dredging, design, and specialty services; and its Concrete segment, which delivers turnkey concrete construction encompassing pour and finish, dirt work, layout, forming, rebar, mesh, columns, elevated beams, sidewalks, ramps, and tilt walls for light commercial, structural, and associated applications.
