Founded in 2008 and headquartered in Parsippany, New Jersey, the company targets wholesale and commercial customers with its unbranded products distributed through long-term offtake and supply agreements. Recent developments include the ongoing repair and planned restart of the Martinez refinery by year-end 2025 following damage, the hydrocracker turnaround at Torrance completing in September 2025, expansion of the St. Bernard Renewables joint venture with its feedstock pretreatment unit online in July 2024 and exploration of sustainable aviation fuel production, return of approximately $119 million in dividends and $330 million in share repurchases in 2024, and a focus on debt reduction alongside the Refinery Business Improvement program targeting over $350 million in annual savings.
