(NYSE: REVG) designs, manufactures and distributes specialty vehicles and related aftermarket parts and services through its Specialty Vehicles and Recreation segments, serving first responders, municipalities, commercial infrastructure operators and recreational consumers primarily in the United States. The company produces fire apparatus including pumpers, aerials, tankers, rescues and wildland vehicles under brands such as E-ONE, Ferrara, KME, Spartan Emergency Response, Smeal, Spartan Fire Chassis and Ladder Tower; ambulances encompassing Type I, II, III and medium-duty models via Horton, AEV, Road Rescue, Wheeled Coach and Leader; commercial infrastructure vehicles like terminal trucks from Capacity Trucks and industrial sweepers from LayMor; and recreational vehicles ranging from Class B sprinter vans and Class C/Super C motorhomes to luxury Class A coaches under American Coach, Fleetwood RV, Holiday Rambler, Renegade RV and Midwest Automotive Designs, complemented by molded fiberglass, lamination, genuine parts warehouses and REV Remount Centers for service and repair. Founded in 2010 and headquartered in Brookfield, Wisconsin, REV Group operates manufacturing facilities across 14 U.S. states and recently announced a transformative $9 billion stock-and-cash merger with Terex Corporation in October 2025, expected to close in the first half of 2026 and create a diversified specialty equipment leader with approximately $7.8 billion in pro forma annual sales; it sold its non-motorized Lance Camper business to Vision Kore in June 2025 to sharpen focus on motorized RVs, expanded Horton Emergency Vehicles production with a $2.6 million facility addition in Grove City, Ohio in November 2025, broke ground on a $20 million Spartan Emergency Response expansion in Brandon, South Dakota in August 2025, added dealer partnerships such as Feld Fire for Wheeled Coach in Colorado and Wyoming and CarCo Fire for KME in Minnesota, and formed a multi-year alliance with the Indianapolis Colts for Holiday Rambler as the team's official RV partner beginning in the 2025 NFL season.
