(RUSHA) operates as North America's largest network of commercial vehicle dealerships under the Rush Truck Centers brand, providing integrated retail sales and services for new and used medium- and heavy-duty trucks, buses, cranes, refuse vehicles, tow trucks, and trailers manufactured by leading brands including Peterbilt, International, Hino, Ford, Isuzu, IC Bus, Blue Bird, Dennis Eagle, Blue Arc, Battle Motors, Kalmar Ottawa, Fontaine, Trout River, Cobra, Fassi Crane, Manitex, National Crane, and Jerr-Dan; aftermarket parts sales from a $325 million inventory supporting all makes; comprehensive service and repair across more than 2,600 bays, 650 mobile technicians, and 32 collision centers; vehicle upfitting, customization, pre-delivery inspections, natural gas fuel systems through its investment in Cummins Clean Fuel Technologies, Inc., telematics, chrome accessories, and tires; full-service leasing and rental via Rush Truck Leasing partnerships with Idealease and PacLease; financing and insurance products through Rush Truck Insurance Services; and specialized operations including Rush Bus Centers, Rush Crane Systems, Rush Refuse Systems, Rush Towing Systems, The House of Trucks, Custom Vehicle Solutions, Perfection Truck Parts & Equipment, World Wide Tires, and Chrome Country. The company serves regional and national fleets, local and state governments, corporations, and owner-operators across more than 200 locations in 23 U.S. states and Canada from its headquarters in New Braunfels, Texas, where it was founded in 1965. In December 2025, Rush Enterprises announced a new $150 million stock repurchase program for its Class A and Class B common stock, replacing a prior plan under which it had already repurchased $199.9 million, reflecting confidence in its free cash flow generation and capital return strategy amid challenging market conditions; earlier in 2025, it expanded service support for Spartan RV Chassis owners at 148 Rush Truck Centers locations across the U.S. and Canada.
