(NYSE: TBBB), through its subsidiaries including Tiendas 3B, Tiendas BBB and Desarrolladora Tres B SA de CV, operates as Mexico's leading grocery hard discount retailer, offering value-oriented products under the "Bueno, Bonito y Barato" model that translates to "Good, Nice and Affordable"; the company provides spot products encompassing food and non-food items such as dry and frozen foods, personal care products, household cleaning supplies, clothing, electronics, household goods, pet products and more than 800 stock-keeping units, alongside branded and private label offerings targeted at low-to-middle income households. Founded in 2004 and headquartered in Mexico City at Rio Danubio #51 in the Cuauhtemoc district, BBB Foods conducts all its operations across 19 states in Mexico with over 3,162 stores as of September 2025, supported by 16 distribution centers and a decentralized structure of 15 independent regions enabling rapid expansion and efficient decision-making. The company continues aggressive store growth, adding 131 net new locations in the third quarter of 2025 alone amid 36.7% year-over-year revenue increase to Ps. 20,279 million and 17.9% same-store sales growth; it completed its initial public offering on the New York Stock Exchange in February 2024 raising $589 million with underwriters exercising an option for additional shares in February 2025, while recent institutional investments include positions by Thornburg Investment Management, 3G Capital Partners and Ghisallo Capital Management in 2025, alongside ongoing investments in logistics, staffing for new regions and human capital including recognition of a Liquidity Event Plan granted in June 2025.
