Recent developments include the April 2025 acquisition of Continental Glass Systems assets for $30 million to enhance U.S. presence and backlog; expansion of its senior credit facility to $500 million in September 2025 with reduced rates and maturity extended to 2030; ongoing investments in production capacity automation and new facilities since 2022 to support over $950 million in annual sales equivalent; and record revenues of $890.2 million in 2024 followed by strong growth in 2025 including Q2 revenue of $255.5 million up 16.3% year-over-year.
