Recent developments include the completion of its $435 million acquisition of Corvus Insurance in early 2024 to enhance cyber insurance capabilities with advanced underwriting algorithms and vulnerability scanning, as well as the May 2025 announcement to sell its Canadian personal insurance business for approximately $0.7 billion in net cash proceeds earmarked for share repurchases in 2026.
