Business
TTM Technologies, Inc. is a global manufacturer specializing in advanced technology solutions including mission systems, radio frequency (RF) components, RF microwave/microelectronic assemblies, and printed circuit board (PCB) fabrication. The company's core products include multilayer and high-density interconnect (HDI) PCBs with up to 50 layers, flexible and rigid-flex circuits, quick-turn prototype and volume production PCBs, and ultra-small RF components designed for telecommunications, aerospace, defense, medical, and industrial markets. TTM supports comprehensive services such as PCB design, prototyping, supply chain management, and end-to-end manufacturing solutions with geographic operations spanning North America, Asia, and Europe. Founded in 1978 and headquartered in Costa Mesa, California, TTM serves high-reliability sectors including aerospace, defense, data center computing, and communications. Recent major changes at TTM Technologies include the acquisition of Telephonics Corporation in June 2022 for approximately $330 million, strategically expanding its portfolio into sophisticated intelligence, surveillance, and communications solutions for aerospace and defense. This acquisition enhances TTM’s vertical integration capabilities from PCBs to advanced engineered system solutions and is projected to generate significant cost synergies by the end of 2024. In 2024, TTM further expanded its specialty RF components portfolio with new ultra-small radio frequency devices targeting telecom, test and measurement, and military applications. Leadership transitioned in September 2025 with the appointment of Dr. Edwin Roks as President and CEO, succeeding Thomas T. Edman, under whose tenure the company achieved record revenue growth and broadened its market focus toward high-growth sectors such as aerospace, defense, and generative AI data center computing. TTM Technologies operates across multiple business segments including advanced PCBs, RF and microwave components, and mission-critical microelectronics assemblies, catering primarily to aerospace and defense, telecommunications, medical, industrial, and data center markets. The company continues to innovate in high-performance electronics manufacturing with emphasis on reliability, miniaturization, and quick turnaround production capabilities across its global manufacturing facilities. Its strategic initiatives focus on integrated engineering solutions and geographic expansion to support evolving technology demands worldwide.
