In recent developments, V2X agreed in 2025 to acquire QinetiQ Group's U.S. federal IT services business for approximately $24 million net of tax benefits, adding around 70 employees specializing in data engineering, cyber solutions, and intelligence mission support to bolster its national security portfolio. The company secured a position on the U.S. Air Force Life Cycle Management Center's Automated Test Systems Multiple Award IDIQ, offering up to 10 years of lifecycle support for test systems on key U.S. and allied aircraft platforms, and a 10-year, $425 million IDIQ contract to modernize F-16 cockpit displays through 2035. V2X raised its 2025 revenue guidance to $4.425 billion to $4.5 billion, completed a $10 million share repurchase tranche acquiring 200,000 shares, and facilitated a secondary offering of 2.25 million shares by Vertex Aerospace in November 2025, alongside a prior $152.5 million follow-on equity offering.
